How to make an screen shoot?

Screen shoot (screen picture) — a picture which precisely displays that shows your monitor so also you see during the concrete moment of time: the cursor, all open windows in that order as they are located on the screen, used programs, error messages etc.
Therefore a screen shoot is very useful to a support service.

It is possible to do screen shoots by means of the program which is practically on each computer, namely Microsoft Paint.

1. Open a window necessary for us or windows (for example, with an error or transfer details) and it is pressed on the keyboard the button "Print Screen". Usually it is located in the right top corner of the keyboard (as is shown in drawing).

2. Press "Start" and we choose point "Run".

3. In the appeared dialogue it is typed "mspaint" (without inverted commas) then press OK.

4. As a result of these actions the unpretentious graphic editor from a standard set of modules Windows under name Paint should be started. Its appearance can be seen on a following screen shoot in the main menu it is pressed "Editing", then to "Insert".

5. To keep results of our work on a disk, in the menu we choose "File", then to "Save as". We choose a place where we will keep a file (for example, on a desktop) and we specify its name.

Done! Good luck...
